Online Booking Profile and Card on File Policy

I am moving to online booking! I will be happy to help you get set up. The tool is great! You can set reminders, schedule and reschedule your appts.
Please Note: You will be required to have a credit card on file as part of this process and to make any future appointments.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you are running late for your appointment, please call & let me know. If you are more than ten minutes late, the services may be altered to fit the remaining time or you may need to be rescheduled for another time.
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW
Covid has really altered the way we can operate. Limited capacity and the inability to stack bookings and services limits available time and my income expectations. Last minute cancellations affect a self employed stylist more than you realize so I thank you for your understanding and support with the implementation of this new policy.
I require 48 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled services. Clients cancelling with 48 hours or less before a scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the services reserved for that appointment.
The good news is.. If you rebook within 7 days, Ill apply your paid deposit to your services. If you cant book within 7 days your deposit for services will become non refundable.
Please contact me directly to discuss one off situations as they arise.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment & you do not contact me before the start time, you will be charged the full amount of the services scheduled. No 7 day refund rebooking option is available for No Shows.
REFUNDS
Full refunds for unopened products within 10 days of purchase.
No refunds on services. If you are unsatisfied with your services please contact me within 5 days of the service to discuss one off situations.
EXPECTIONS OF HOME MAINTAINACE
I recommend that color services received should be maintained with professional color safe products for long lasting and optimal results.
